Terms of Service
1. The service
Nexovo is a business platform that unifies customer conversations across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and email, and provides AI-assisted search, advertising and marketing tools. Features may change as the platform develops.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Connected accounts & authorizations
- Nexovo acts on accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You grant us permission to access those accounts through official APIs solely to provide the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect each account and to message the people you communicate with.
- Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their terms — including the Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms, and Google API terms — and you agree to comply with them.
- You can disconnect any account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nexovo to send spam or unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; to violate any platform's policies; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service. You are responsible for the content you send through the platform.
5. AI-assisted features
Nexovo uses AI to draft content and produce recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate and is provided for your review. Content is published or sent only after a human at your business approves it, and you are responsible for what you approve.
6. Fees
Fees, billing terms and any free or trial periods will be as described in your order or plan. Specific pricing will be provided separately.
7. Intellectual property
The Nexovo platform, software and brand are owned by Entanglement. You retain ownership of your own content and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
8. Third-party platforms
Nexovo relies on third-party platforms (Meta, Google and others) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs or policies, or actions they take on your accounts.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any marketing, ranking or advertising result will be achieved.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entanglement will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Entanglement against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party platform's terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using Nexovo and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or comply with law. On termination we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute relating to the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
14. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions:
